Yes, you read that right: "Layover" in Rome.
We had about a 7-hour layover during the day, so you know we got out of the airport and made it into the heart of the city to see a little bit.
I would love to go back because we barely scratched the surface of what we could see.
In our elevator leaving for the airport in the wee hours of the morning!
